I know that places are busy/short staffed etc etc after Covid and I was patient...but called after I was waiting an hour in the vehicle to be seen. Guess the file got misplaced? Might want a printed schedule to check off as a back up of appointments - ?

We are very happy with the service and attention our animals receive at Clear Lakes. Dr Prosser and the staff are always friendly and caring.

Paisley was with you for an appt Thursday. She is now in critical care likely has to be put down because they believe she has liver cancer. Currently being transfused because her belly is full of blood.

My only criticism is that I called on Thursday to get my dog in for a leg issue and was told I could not get in until Monday. This only tells me that if there was an emergency and my pet needed medical help you would not be able to provide the assistance my pet would need. Maybe things have changed from long ago where you could call and be able to get squeezed in somewhere that day. Otherwise I had no issues with the service my pet received. All the staff members were very nice and I do like this animal clinic.

Staff is always friendly. They listen and spend time explaining everything. They really care about your animals!

The staff is extremely helpful and as always, Emily who answers the phone, is literally the best receptionist I ve ever dealt with concerning medical problems. I only wish my cardiologist had such an amazing staff. Seriously thank you all, you go above and beyond.
