In my opinion,Dr Prosser is an excellent Dr. I find him very approachable, clear and consice.

It would be nice to not leave the office feeling like the worst pet parent ever. The male vet needs to work on his bedside manner or learn how to fake it better. He comes off as condescending and rude and doesn t listen or take into account what is being said. Also take accountability for making the wrong call/diagnosis. Its not a blame game and no one is perfect, but being liable for your actions speaks louder about you as a person, then blaming your client. If your clients have brought there pet to you its because they care, and are doing the best they can. Leaving the practice should usually make you feel better not worse. The last thing is better diagnosis and description of your visit. Either on your paperwork when you leave and/or your pet portal online. Ie: bloodwork results, xrays, tx discussion, etc.
