It was our first experience with this veterinary office. We had a great experience. Everyone was so kind.

When I arrived Sunday with Watson, A Employee met me outside and helped carry Watson inside. The entire staff is Great. What a Great Customer Service ! Although Watson is gone, I do plan on another Boxer and will return in the near future. Thnak-you so much.

I love the staff at ULVH. They re friendly and you can tell they love their jobs and the animals. They re always very thorough, they spend a good amount of time with you and your pet, make sure all of your questions are answered and they explain each part of the treatment and your bill.

I am hoping the end goal is to not need medication, though I understand it s use for behavior modification at the start of treatment. I am hoping future appointments focus more on training and less on drugging, so that desired behaviors can be maintained without medication in the future.

I only gave 1 star regarding the waiting time. It was a long wait but I understand there was no emergency or urgent care vet in the office that day so it impacted everyone. Unfortunate but I totally understand. The Doctor and tech were most polite and apologetic and I would never have mentioned except it coming up in this survey.

Dr Simpson was absolutely wonderful with Coco. Coco has alot of anxiety and stress and Dr Simpson spend time with her evaluating her to get her on anxiety medications. I needed help g

We have referred several people to Union Lake Veterinary Hospital but our friends come back saying that you’re not taking any new clients so we have stopped recommending the vet clinic your our friends and family.

I have a nervous and reactive dog. It appears this is either not noted or not readily available to the admissions team. I would suggest this is added and available to them along with the best method for admitting my dog. This would allow less confusion on arrival. (Monty Saylor: He needs to be handed off to the technician at a private door. This alleviates his barking the most, and reduces his anxiety.)
