The doctors and the treatment has been professional and our dog has been treated well and has recovered with treatments. Currently, he has a yeast infection that we are treating following a visit to Dr. Moore. My only concern is the fees seem very high compared to just about everywhere else.

Wasn t a fan of the tech who gave our dog her pre vaccination (benedryl) never had a issue before in the 20+ years Ive been coming here, but this time my dog was hurt and jumped, the tech claimed she snapped at her, my husband was holding our dog at the time. This is the same tech who gave her a Lepto vaccination the first time and my dog couldn t hardly walk that day.They had to give us pain medication for her. I never have had this issue with any of my other pets over the years. The tech suggested we flag my dogs account that they use smaller needles which I agreed. Dr. Hawker then came in and gave my dog her vaccination and she didn t even flinch. This will not keep me from still coming to ULPA but I will ask for a different tech or have the dr give the vaccinations

Even though it is an hour+ drive to get to your practice I will continue to come for my dog to get his chiropractor and acupuncture :)

Dr. Liba is friendly & knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her acupuncture services (as well as regular veterinary care) to clients at the emergency veterinary hospital where I work! The hospital remodeling looks great too. Great experience.

I have been a client of ULV for many years. 4 dogs 2 cats and 4 ferrets worth. I would never change to another vet. Dr. Reynolds and the staff and every one of the other doctors are great. Never had a problem they couldn t control or stop.

I like your practice and doctors. Only thing I don’t like is you only address one issue at a time. Tia has several things going on but couldn’t talk about them. Have to have several different appointments. Sound like your only into it for the money and not to service my cat.

Everyone was wonderful. The facility was very clean and nice. They were great with my vet (reactive)dog and getting her in quickly despite being a new patient. They were able to advise a treatment and follow up plan that makes me feel confident in how they see problems through; to make sure they re resolved. I am so pleased with our experience that we ll be coming back for future care after being with another vet for more than 15 years.

I have been very pleased with the assistance and cooperation and kindness of the staff and the doctors because I am hemiplegic from a stroke I have not been able to bring my dog inside by myself I have been given assistance and everyone has been pleasant and kind bring him in and out for me I have recommended Union Lake VH to my neighbor Vickie for her dog Jasper Thank you so much for watching him this past weekend??????

I really appreciated the professional way Dr. Wheaton and her staff handled a very difficult diagnosis with our dog. We were given options and not pressured into any specific choices. They took their time and explained the injury, showed the x-ray, explained treatment options by using carefully worded phrases. You might not think using the term gold standard would make a difference, but it really did! I appreciated their care and concern! Dr. Wheaton also stopped and took the time to discuss Wellington s diet and explain some new studies that have been presented for his food choices. We were given great care and time for the overall health of our much loved pet! Not just dealing with an acute issue. Thanks so much!
