My experience dealing with multiple staff members is they listen and address concerns without judgement or pushing and agenda.

We absolutely love Union Lake Veterinary services, and you are located close to our home. Our only concern is the cost.

Vet tech was timid and gave off nervous energy. She didn’t communicate well and seemed apprehensive. Not a good trait for someone working with animals who instinctively pick up on this.

We are always pleased with the service we receive at ULVH.

Very much appreciated Kayleigh’s extra efforts in getting our appointment ready, and the help with directions. We look forward to continuing our relationship here.

My dog was over at daycare and they noticed my dog s eyes were red and he was itching. They called me and ask for my permission to take Jesse over to the vet hospital to get checked out. Everyone was super friendly and the Dr gave me some meds to give my dog for allergies. I would highly recommend taking your pet to this veterinarian and daycare. They go above and beyond the normal standard of care. My dog loves going there.

Everyone was super nice and friendly, it made a stressful situation much easier to deal and relax a little bit. The vet eased my main stressors by answering all of my questions quickly and with confidence.

Very impressive facility. As a new patient, the staff was friendly. Dr. Hein was thorough, professional, and you can tell she loves what she does. She made Murphy feel like the exam was easy & fun. She educated me as to what she thought was going on with Murph & followed up with a regimen for her to start her weight loss journey.

Buddy receives the attention he needs to make his visit as positive as possible. Dr. Hawker is so attentive to my dogs special needs:).

The tech administered my dog s flu vaccine in the waiting area and should have made the effort to use a private room. My dog was a little agitated due to another dog in the same area.

Dr. Plein was considerate and is a very nice person

The doctor was very thorough on her examination. She was patient with my pet. She described and interpreted xrays for me so i fully understood that all was Normal in Zuri’s xrays.
