My cat is not the most friendly. The exam was not completed. I think if she was wrapped tightly she could have completed the exam.

We have been patients since we moved back to Michigan in 2017. The courteous, knowledgeable staff have always made us feel at home. They take great care of our pets when they are coming in for appointments or boarding. I highly recommend the Union Lake Veterinary Doctors & Staff.

I really liked the vet we saw (who isn t our regular vet with you guys.) She was kind, easy to talk to and efficient!

I have raved about the quality of care provided at ULVH for years and years. Everyone from the reception staff, Vet Techs and Veterinarians are genuinely compassionate, do everything they can to make their patients more comfortable and calm. You are all a credit to fur baby medical care!!!

All of the communication was handled over the phone as Abby s visit was while she was being boarded next door.

Great practice, I always recommend to friends with animals.

I have an anxious dog and bring him monthly for a Librela injection. If our appointment is at 2pm with a vet tech it seems the last few times we have had to wait at least 15 minutes. I understand waiting for our vet but for a tech for a quick injection?

That was my cats first visit with Dr. B and I absolutely loved her. She was very thorough, explained everything to me in detail and understood all of the issues I presented.

Minor issue, waited in the exam room with my over anxious 1 and 1/2 year old mixed husky longer than any of our previous visits. Needless to say she was very, very vocal while we waited. Dr said she was dealing with an emergency when she finally came into the room. Would have been nice if I was informed the Dr was dealing with said emergency. Would have made the wait a little less stressful and I could have stepped out so my dog could use the facilities. Again a minor inconvenience.
