Excellent team!

The technician was amazing- very kind, friendly and loving to my dogs. The vet was also great. Got on the floor to examine and made sure the dogs were comfortable with her.

We love the entire staff at Union Lake Vet! Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable!! A+ care!!

The waiting time for scheduled appointments seems to be getting longer each visit. 10-15 mins to get into the room, 10 mins for the doc to come and another 10 mins for the vaccine administration. When the appointment is routine, this waiting time is frustrating.

The vet was terrific with our dog,Coco. Our dog is a rescue who has Been abused and, even though she has been in a loving home for Many years, finds it difficult to trust new people. The vet was able to gain that trust easily. Her exam was thorough and she included us as part of the team. We left confident of the care received.

Dr. Hein was amazing. She addressed all concerns about the patient. Was very thorough, and answered any and all questions professionally. You can tell she cares, and is very passionate about her job and the quality of care she provides. We have been coming to this clinic for years, and plan to continue to in the future.

ULVH is superb with friendly,efficient and skilled associates. Dr. Herdon is excellent and a great teacher. I learn something new each time I bring the kids in for an appointment.

The ladies at the front desk are not the best… they are your first impression upon entering the establishment. No warmth, just keep typing, heads down. Almost as if , coming into the business with your pet to spend your money ( and keep them employed) is annoying to them. Numerous vet clinics in the area so lots of competition. This is sadly expected at ULVH… check in and check out ladies need to smile more . Better training and higher expectations from management is definitely needed.

ULVH staff typically goes above and beyond to care for our dogs and to listen to us.

We started seeing Dr Plien in 1994, when we adopted our cocker spaniel puppy and she received kind and compassionate care until she passed at 13. We got our next puppy in 2021 and our experience with Union Lake Vet has been wonderful this time as well. We would highly recommend their general vet care, behavioral department, training and grooming services.

We came in as an emergency and got timely and excellent care

We brought in our Lucy, who is a Sorkie puppy dog for surgery to have a growth removed from her left ear area. We were taken care of right away and treated very well! Dr.Plein and his staff did a remarkable job for us, as always! The surgery went well and after we arrived home, we were later contacted by Union Lake Hospital staff and Dr. Plein himself to check on Lucy’s status. We appreciate everything that was done and all the hospital staff that helped us!! Awesome people taking care of most loved pets!!

I drive 30 minutes to come to appointments with you. I know Dr Hawker and Felicia the best , because my dog had anxiety and stomach issues . However I have had a few appointments with others , most recently with Dr B . All of your staff is super friendly , helpful and patient . Thank you for the wonderful service for the pets and their owners !

It was my first time at your office. I m glad to find a vet who cares about my cat s health and took all the time needed we needed.

I made appt with specific vet. I understand Vet had court come up but staff did not mark as requested specific Vet found out in exam room. Waited 30 minfor an update. If it wasn t for Dr Halley, I would reconsider vet s office. This is second time this has happened.
