Love taking my cats to Union Lake Vet hospital. The staff and doctors are amazing.

I would have liked more help in terms of detailed recommendations on how to change my pets diet. Giving the names of food to buy is only half of the equation. A discussion on what he likes to eat and a recommendation on how much to give would have been appreciated. In left to try to figure it out myself. Georgeann Edford

First time as did not want to travel over hour to regular vet - just needed test for Ringworm and Dr said it was from our dog! Other than not knowing what was correct entrance - once inside was greeted immediately and everyone was very friendly - I guess you don’t see many Scotties and McGee is beautiful! They did tests and he was cleared - which I thought was result - a treat to see your facility! Dry professional!

Only drawback for us is the location. We wish we were closer, but well worth drive for excellent care.

Printed (or emailed/text messaged) instructions for anything that needs to be done at home, prep for next visit, etc. would be very helpful as is done at hospitals and medical clinics.
