Staff is great and patient with Eli.

Jackson, the vet tech was very welcoming and wonderful with Chrissy. Chrissy is rambunctious but he was great with her. Dr. Sue was, as always, fabulous. She performed a thorough examination and came back to explain all available results. I brought Pete in the evening and Dr. Sue took care of him as she did Chrissy. Pete needed a procedure on his ears. Everyone was friendly and professional.

It is very easy to get an appointment with the Drs. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate you. Always friendly and always call back when you leave a message.

Drop off was easy and informative. Pick up later in the day was wonderful. The tech came out to explain everything that was done and that he would bring Rosie out. I told him that she might bite him because she is a little sassy. He asked if I wanted to go with him to get her and I did. I noticed that she had a pink mesh wrap on her leg and told him that it needs to come off. Once she was out and leashed, I held her and he took the wrap off. He was so gentle and sweet in the way he spoke to her. He is a wonderful addition to your already incredible staff!

We have a diabetic cat, so we can t always schedule our appointments ahead of time due to anything popping up. They always do their best to get us right in if anything happens and we need a same day appt for him. I was told today that my Dixie has a mass and it appears to be cancer! I was shocked and very upset! The Doctor was very kind and sympathetic. I ve had her for almost 14 years.The thought of losing her breaks my heart! I was told that if I decided not to do Chemotherapy for her... they told me that they could give her something to keep her comfortable until the end!
