Cheektowaga animal hospital has the greatest people in the world working there. I was a wreck bringing jasper IN. I HAD NO IDEA.WHAT WAS WRONG WITH HIM! AS HE IS 15 YEARS OLD.I was terrified he had to be put down. From check in to paying his bill I had the nicest people he helping him. He wasn t losing weight as I thought he was. Turned he had one of famous body infections and scratched on his eyeballs. Dr Moran had every thing in check. He was given a antibiotic and the shots he gets every year. Pictures of his eye were taken and sent to a specialist and we wait to hear back. Yeah his bill was high but he had the young man that weight him, his vet, antibiotics, 4 shots, renew medicine and his specialist to be talked too. Break down everything and you see why it was high. I don t think I was high. You know the lady that made his reservation, made sure you understood his meds, and cashed you out? I wouldn t want her job.. Why in bells bells are people yelling at them? Shame on you. DON T YELL AT THEM!!! They have pets too and nothing is free to them. JUST DON T!

Dr Sue, Dr Kathy, and staff are always kind and personable with us and our furry friends.

I find that the Dr are very compassionate and knowledgeable. The very techs and the front desk staff are pleasant and knowledgeable as well. I absolutely love Cheektowaga Veterinary and recommend them to everyone I know.

I have been going to Cheektowaga Veterinary Clinic since the early 80 s. I love Dr. Sue she is fantastic with animals.The whole staff are great people.Would not go anywhere else.

I was happy with both the Tech & with Dr. Murnan. I was explained everything that was done with my cat, Toby. Dr. Murnan also explained to me a dental procedure that Toby needs done in the next few months. Cheektowaga Veterinary Hospital has been a gem for my current dog and former dog. They treat my dog like she s royalty. All three Vets are fantastic. I highly recommend them. They have brought my dog through multiple issues after she s gotten into things she shouldn t have. I appreciate how hard the entire team works.

Wonderful caring staff ~ I have been coming to you since 1973 when we had our first pet, a poodle named Suzy and have been coming with our cats ever since ~ very clean and caring staff

Our visit yesterday was pleasant from the start. The ladies at the desk were smiling and welcoming. The tech was gentle with MissBell. Dr. Sue treats MissBell as her own, so very kind, thorough, took time to listen to our issues and then comment, genuinely concerned. I never feel rushed. I totally appreciate Dr. Sue’s care for MissBell. Thank you Dr. Sue.

Roscoe loves the technicians and Doctors there He love going to the Vet thank you for being patient with him as he needed an ear cleaning doesn t like anyone touching his ears.

Jackson, the vet tech was very welcoming and wonderful with Chrissy. Chrissy is rambunctious but he was great with her. Dr. Sue was, as always, fabulous. She performed a thorough examination and came back to explain all available results. I brought Pete in the evening and Dr. Sue took care of him as she did Chrissy. Pete needed a procedure on his ears. Everyone was friendly and professional.

It is very easy to get an appointment with the Drs. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate you. Always friendly and always call back when you leave a message.

Dr Sue is an amazing Vet! Very knowledgeable and caring. The girls at the front desk are super sweet

Drop off was easy and informative. Pick up later in the day was wonderful. The tech came out to explain everything that was done and that he would bring Rosie out. I told him that she might bite him because she is a little sassy. He asked if I wanted to go with him to get her and I did. I noticed that she had a pink mesh wrap on her leg and told him that it needs to come off. Once she was out and leashed, I held her and he took the wrap off. He was so gentle and sweet in the way he spoke to her. He is a wonderful addition to your already incredible staff!
