Fast and efficient

Dr Susan is very good in answering questions, is very thorough and we are confident when we leave that our pets were well cared for. Unless we are just seeing a tech for a shot or nail trim, we always want to see her exclusively.

I love Cheektowaga Vet and would not trust anyone else with my beloved pets.. Dr Sue is so wonderful and caring and the Techs and Office Staff go above and beyond to be helpful. I have entrusted Cheektowaga Vet with my loving pets for over 27 years!!

I had a wonderful experience at Pennys appointment today. It was my first appointment with Dr Dircksen, he listened to my concerns and was very kind

I really appreciated that when a big dog was trying his best to make his way to my shih tzu at the counter (he didn’t seem aggressive, but I scooped her up anyway) that a nurse let them sit in another room and took her bill and card to the counter for her. It was a quick, simple solution that relaxed everyone quickly. Thank you!

Dr. Murnan is the best! I trust her with my Mia completely.

I would like to acknowledge the wonderful tech that was so kind and helpful. I was in severe back pain. She took over holding my Lucy and even walked us out to the car to help get Lucy safely in. The special care was greatly appreciated ??
