CVH is always friendly and helpful. We had to bring one of our kitties in for a sick visit and they were able to get us in very quickly. They got her checked out, diagnosed and set up with antibiotics within about an hour. We ve been coming to CVH for over 17 years and they ve always been wonderful!

They always take the time to explain even the easiest things and answer any questions to make sure you understand everything going on with your pet.

I love Dr. Sue and her staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I have been bringing my dogs to Cheektowaga Vet for many years. As long as we have pets this Vet will be our choice forever.

as always, we were extremely happy with our visit. talked to brittany thursday evening and she took wonderful care of us. we sent pics of franklin s injury. she called back and set up an appointment for friday. dr. dircksen was also awesome. thank you for the great care you always provide.

Pam took care of Pete. Lauren also came to hold Pete while blood was taken. Pete didn’t even know he was poked. Both Pam and Lauren are so kind and always give you time to ask questions. They both give thorough answers. I’ve known Pam since she started. She’s taken care of all my dogs from vaccines to serious conditions. I really love them, and they seem to love their jobs.

I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else. All the staff are wonderful and Dr Sue is the absolute best. They care for your pets AND you too.
