Dr. Polehinke saw my dog Pookie recently. He was so very nice, very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions very patiently. Dr. Fufrano has also taken care of my dog and has been so pleasant and professional. Both are definitely assets to the practice.

I did not go into the office, but I felt that I received my usual great service I expect from them.

I am very pleased with Dr. Polehinke. He takes the time to explain my dog s issues, and answered all my questions (and I asked alot) He is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him. I really felt he cared about my dog when he recommended not to get a certain treatment that I thought my dog needed. He said to wait, and took the time to explain why. The youtube video he recommended was also very helpful.

Only Vet office I have used in 50 years....each medical team has been the best.

My cat was having an emergency (UTI with bleeding) and they let me come in RIGHT away. This meant the world to me, I cannot thank you enough for helping my Callie!!!

I was surprised as how expensive my bill was! I should have been told the blood work was over $300 in advance

I had a 2:00 appointment and my dog wasn t seen until 2:15. Fifteen minutes may not be long for you but it is for me and my poor dog. Then after speaking with the doctor it seemed to take forever to get my Sentinel and billing completed. I understand delays and due to Max s conditions have seen the vet often, but this delay was so, so long. I just didn t understand it.

Due to COVID wait time is longer but understandable Staff is always courteous and professional Dr takes time to thoroughly explain I have and will recommend St Francis to friends

Always an absolute pleasure bringing my Labrador Luna to this office. The staff is incredibly friendly and take their time answering all your questions. All doctors are extremely professional and truly take care in their examination of your pet.

It’s time to bring pets back in with owners. My dog is extremely stressed every time we come. My dog will run and I always feel uncomfortable when she is transferred at the door.

I love the staff at St. Francis! Sam and Nicole are wonderful with Shea when taking care of his anal glands. Jen, Nicole and all the staff at the admin desk are great. Dr. Rufrano is great.... Love it here!

The multi pet discount is only if you bring in 3 pets at once. It should be if you have 2 or more pet patients.

They were wonderful. We ve been using this office for over 13 years.

I like this office. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They don’t seem to answer a question if they are not sure. They check with the Dr first. When they tell you they will return your call, they do!
