Open the lobby. I would have liked to have been in the examination room with my pet. How can I rate the satisfaction of cleanliness of the facilities when I am told to wait in the car?

I am very pleased with cupcakes care. Dr Polehinke was very thorough with his explanations and I appreciate the time he took to explain it all. Everyone was very caring of cupcake and that makes me feel good knowing she is in good hands. Thanks you

I love everyone at St. Francis Hospital for Animals! I bring my dog Shea to the center each month for anal glands expression and Sam is always there to help. All the staff members are wonderful! Best vet office ever!

Dr. Rofrano was wonderful with Prancer. She had an ear infection. But Dr. Rofrano did a complete exam (thank goodness) and found a lump. Hope it’s nothing but glad she found it!

Great Vet. Dr. Parendo is amazing and his staff are wonderful. Would never consider going anywhere else for my dog!

Wish I could of gone in with my cat. I am vaccinated and willing to wear a mask. At least let one person in with their animal to see what the veterinarians diagnosis is and explain in person instead of over the phone.

I am so glad to have found Dr. Polehinke and will bring my cats there for the top veterinary care he provides. Your staff, from desk to the staff who brought my cat in and out (pandemic protocol) and assisted in other ways were friendly and competent. Everyone took their time and listened. We are deeply grateful for that, and for the expertise.

I can safely enter my doctors offices for my own appointments. I do not understand why my dog has to be traumatized by going into the office alone. It’s ridiculous.

Everyone at this office is so kind and caring. It is truly a pleasure to bring my dog here. She is a little bit nervous but they all work hard to make her feel comfortable and happy, which means a lot to me. They listen carefully to questions and give great advice. ??????????

Dr Parendo is a very kind, compassionate person who puts you at ease as you place your adored pet in his hands. He is thorough and gives you all the information you need to make sure your animal stays healthy and well. He staff is very kind and friendly as well.

I Do understand the worries and precautions over covid as I am a HUGE mask and sanitizer person even though I have been vaccinated. I just don t understand why most veterinarian offices are now open to the public, yet yours isn t. It makes it quite inconvenient to the customer to sit with a wiggly dog in their car in 90 degree weather and still have to wait for 20 minutes after your appointment time. Then the wait for the bill and the payment and the meds...yikes!!

My experience was very good. Nicole in particular was so courteous, understanding and knowledgeable.
