The staff is excellent

I realize that everything is going up in price everywhere. I was taken a bit back by the bill for this visit. It seems that some things are quite expensive and when discussing with the people I work with who are all pet owners, they all said it may be time to shop around. And I still need to come back for a recheck on Jake s ears which I may skip due to the cost. And Jake is due for his annual and shots in July so that will be another big bill.

Thank you for making our first experience at Saint Francis Hospital a pleasant one. It was great to see Dr. Polehinke again. We have been a patient of his for over 20 years. So it was like a reunion. It was amazing how Daisy actually recognized him. Diane & Wayne Bickelman and Daisy too ????

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. We appreciate how gentle they are with our dog who gets scared and anxious to go to the vet.

Since adopting my dog two years ago this was my first opportunity to accompany her into the examination room and meet her doctor. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful (as they usually are when I had to converse with them on the phone due to the pandemic). We did not have to wait at all. When I arrived a few minutes early they told me come on in. Great experience

I have been coming to this office for over 15 years and have always left feeling well connected with the staff. It felt different this time. I know Sophie is a senior dog and I felt her care was not the same. It felt rushed. I received a call about her bloodwork result but no specific results just the same as last time. Also was told then to bring in a urine sample which was not mentioned at my appointment and to just put it in my own container.Also results were report by office staff not the doctor. I guess things are just changing.

Very nice hospital with caring people for animals

I am so happy I found St Francis. Everyone there is kind, caring and professional. Every aspect of my pet’s care has been thoroughly and simply explained to me. My dog is now a senior and his care is leaning to more of a palliative nature. I appreciate the staff’s guidance, assuring me that together we can make Ted’s senior years the best they can be.

Staff and doctor were very helpful, competent and attentive.

Prices seem awfully high. All we had was 2 bloodwork (2 dogs) one urine and one stool test and did not see the vet. Bill came to over 800.00.

I love this Animal Hospital and everyone that works there. I have been taking my cats there for decades and would highly recommend them. If life were only this simple for us humans...

My only comment is that if someone has a 9 AM appointment the phones should come off Voicemail about five minutes before hand. A patient and their owner should not have to wait until a few minutes after nine to call and advise that they are there and waiting in the parking lot for their appointment, other than that the care provided is top-notch

I was told an emergency visit was$120. I got home the bill was $130. Your prices are very expensive

I can give you 5 stars because you re not asking the right questions. How about: is your animal still suffering $650 later? YES. When you called to follow up because you never heard anything did you get the runaround? YES, a little bit. When you mentioned on a Saturday your cat was struggling to urinate and has a history of UTIs were you asked to come back in? NO, I was told call me in 3 days when I m working again. I m not happy and neither is my cat.
