Dr.Nicole Rufrano is an excellent vet .She’s very thorough, and we trust our Rosie with her.The staff are all excellent.This is the reason why we come from Bethpage for our Rosie. They are the best.

With complete understanding and patience in this time of uncertainty, it’s just a little difficult to have to wait in the car with 3 dogs for almost 1/2 hr. Was hoping that your waiting room would be open by now. Other than that, always a great experience with very kind office staff and doctors. We have complete trust in St. Francis with our furry loved ones. Thank you ??

The office personal fit Marco in enven though we did not have a appointment and his problem was not a emergency.Dr Rufrano removed his damaged nail gave him meds and he seems to be pain free and doing well.THANKYOU

this was a short visit to have Baby s nails clipped. I am always satisfied with my visits and the staff are so kind, helpful and friendly. I ve been bringing Baby here for her whole 12 years.

Dr. Rufrano is compassionate and the reason we chose St. Francis animal hospital as our vet for our dog. After our first appointment with her, it was evident Dr. Rufrano loves what she does and made us feel so welcome and comfortable. She is always thorough and takes the time to answer each and every question we have. With Dr. Rufrano we know our dog is receiving the best care.

Was not happy with desire of women doctor to push anxiety meds on my cat or rough handling my cat. On previous visits to clip cats nails staff told me my cat handled everything fine with no mention of be difficult. I have no confidence in this doctor. Also that week your staff charged my credit card to pay someone else’s bill. I will find a new vet for my cat. I found Dr Parendo to be compassionate, but there are problems with the rest of your operation.

So grateful for such a caring staff at St. Francis. Always go above and beyond and care about their furry clients so much

They were booked solid for the week but an appointment development due to a cancellation and I was notified and booked. Dr. Smith could not have been nicer and was very pleased on the way she handled my dog and myself. I was very uptight due to the unusual nature of my visit but felt so much better upon leaving.

We requested an appointment for our 10 month old Rottweiler (new to us) and were very happy with how soon we were able to come in. Unfortunately, on the day of the appointment I forgot the kennel paperwork, which I explained to the receptionist and was told it would be no problem. The tech was able to call and confirm all of his vaccinations. I only live 12 minutes away and by the time I returned, our dog was already finished with the appointment. Afterwards, we were shocked to find out that he was not tested for heart worm. I called back and spoke with a receptionist who was sort of dismissive of my concerns and told me that it was my fault. I take responsibility for forgetting the paperwork, but wouldn t it have made more sense to also ask the kennel if he was tested for heartworm? Or to simply take blood anyway in order to be safe? When I asked her why he couldn t come back for a blood test, she told me they had to continue with their day. I did bring the paperwork back on the same day and Nicole was able to answer all of my questions fully. She was very kind and patient, I wish she was the one who had answered the phone originally.

This was my first visit to this office with my cat. I was impressed by the professionalism, efficiency and the overall experience. Dr. Carter and her assistants were so kind and calm with my cat. Would definitely recommend to others!
