Thatcher received the BEST care as always, before, during and after his dental extractions...and I was very appreciative of the phone advice given to me post op when I had a concern about Thatcher!!!! He never hesitates to come to the vet with me as it s always a positive experience!!! Keep up the amazing work and care of our fur babies!!!

I always feel comfortable with the staff, especially the Dr. My little dogs are treated with affection and a gentleness of care that I have only experienced in my old home town. It is the reason I come all the way from Goderich to have my dogs looked after. Thanks for being my family Dr for Charlotte and Franny.

I love that Robinson’s always takes into consideration that Kinsler is a people lover not a pet lover they get her in later in the day or early before anyone comes so she doesn’t have to stress out with other animals and it’s always quick and friendly. Ten stars for Grace as well who is always so efficient answering my questions so quickly and taking amazing care of my dogs during their boarding stays.

The staff is so wonderful! We were in a time crunch to get our dogs shots up-to-date for his stay in a kennel and even though it was my fault I had forgotten to book, they found a way to fit him in. They are wonderful!
