We have always been treated with respect and the girls. On resception have always been quite friendly and helpful. Our wait time to get in for our appointments have been very good and we enjoy going to Robinson’s for Bella’s care.

Every time I walk into Dr. Robinsons office it is always super clean and welcoming. The girls who work up front welcome me and my dog with a smile and a Hello. They seem so happy in their job that happiness spreads to everyone who walks in that door (whether it be two or four legged). The tech s that come in are also very friendly, and helpful. Dr. Robinson has truly been called to be a vet, because he puts the animal before anything else, and that is one thing I appreciate so much. He is kind, gentle, takes the time to explain things. He doesn t belittle you for making a mistake, but helps you to come up with ways to correct them. I for one appreciate every member of the ROBINSON VETERINARY SERVICES.

Would have been helpful to know the cost of medications earlier in appointment. I know it s difficult for the staff to know the cost of all meds and it isn t a large concern. It is just a bit shocking to finish the Appt and the bill suddenly be $500. Aside from that it was a wonderful experience and the best vet I ve been to ever
