I was very happy with the service provided by the staff at Robinsons. They are always fast, friendly and efficient. I was also very pleased with how quickly they were able to schedule my dog s heartworm test after being shut down except for emergencies due to Covid.I highly recommend Robinsons!

I didn’t see the inside of the clinic due to covid but it has always been very clean before these recent turn of events. I enjoy all the staff and Dr Brent was very good to answer other questions I have.

Service was excellent. Very satisfactory. My only concern is if I need a vet after hours. Do not appreciate having to drive 1.5 hrs to London for an after hrs clinic especially if the weather is bad. Also being female do not feel safe driving that distance in the dark late at night.

The billing procedure was explained well, but on the billing itself, I would like to know what all the kitten has been vaccinated for, not just what the name is of the vaccine. What is the kitten booster? Mary Janes for Archie (previously Purrol)

Dealing covid I am sure has been hard you guys are doing awesome. Only thing is the girl that came out for payments wasn t able to answer questions about the puppy plan I had but no worries came home and looked up on web site. Thanks a million for all you are doing.

The staff were exceptional during these COVID-19 times.

Considering that we called in the morning and got Charli in for a pm. visit meant a lot to us. Mind you, it wasn t a routine visit. We won t even consider going to another vet if Dr. Brent Robinson is available. Barbara Kennedy
