The staff and Dr. Robinson provide excellent customer service and explains exactly what is going on with our dog. I am extremely satisfied with our visit today. Dr. Robinson shows genuine care for my dog which is so amazing and comforting to see! Thank you ??

Vet services in general are crazy expensive these days, and today was no exception! I’m glad this survey popped up. I wanted to write and say that - in addition to the great in person service I received today - the after hours weekend call I had to make was exceptional. The doctor really listened, came up with a plan and put my mind at ease. Many thanks to her and to Robinson Vet Clinic.

Awesome vet service and care! I have been a customer for 10+ years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. My cat had an ear issue a few weeks ago and I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t serious! Staff and doctor did a swab and had a look and found nothing! NO CHARGE TODAY!! So impressed with customer service!!

The service & people were great as always, I just found it a little distressing to pass off Milosh and not be with him during his examination and shots.

Everything was perfect. I wouldn’t change a thing.

My first 2 ratings were not higher, which normally they would be but I do understand due to the Covid-19 , vet visits are not of the norm. And as time goes on I’m very confident that the office appointments times and visits will be much more efficient.

Excellent service, particularly given the challenging pandemic. I was very relieved that my pet was seen the same day I called. There was a snafu on the bill resulting in a gross overcharge but that was quickly remedied and refunded to me.

Fantastic service

We are thankful that the vet and staff take the time listen and explain. You know our pets are family. If you need to take any samples ie urine let us know when we call for appointment.

Obviously you know why not 5 stars for office clean question as we are not allowed into the building. ??

Worked out great

I really enjoyed the process of someone picking Stella up outside and then returning her to the car. The dog enjoyed this process much better than having to wait inside.
