I have been a client at EBVH for over 15 years and have brought so many dogs to the practice. I ve always been very satisfied. If I could make a suggestion, it would be to increase the office staff. When I call to make an appointment, Im often on hold for awhile. Other than that, I am very happy and everyone is very nice and professional.

Reception, support and Doctor were great - As pet parents to two unique dogs, we are very pleased to have EBAH as health provider to them.

I was very concerned as Buddy was in obvious distress and gagging after ingesting some skin on a supposedly good treat (they’re in the wastebasket now). The staff was great in getting me in immediately, and Dr. Desmond was great in checking Buddy out, and providing the needed meds and care.

I had an emergency with my dog on a Sunday and again the next day (right before they were closing) and they got me in right away. They were great!

WE had a very sick cat on a Sunday and were grateful that you are open on that day. We were seen and our cat was taken care of, then returned 2 weeks later for extractions. She is a healthy, happy cat once again.
