The actual visit was fine. Dr. Cutillo and Erin were very caring. But we were concerned that nobody called us when our cat was ready to be picked up after staying to get a urine sample the next day. When I called, I was told that he was ready to come home an hour earlier.

Being a senior citizen I do get a 10% discount but I truly find it hard to pay the charges yet. I do wish it could be reduced a bit more!

Dr. Francisco is great! And the tech who assisted her was excellent with my dog, who tends to get scared when he is restrained.
