Everyone was so helpful and so sweet! Best vet I ve ever taken a pet to!

Charlie loves the vet. It was a great 1st puppy appointment.

This was my first visit. I hadn’t brought my pets to the vet for two years, and no one made me feel bad about it even though I felt bad myself. They just did the work that needed to be done in a kind, thorough manner.

We had Sara Poppe and she was really caring and informative. She made us feel comfortable and she explained things so we could understand. She worked really well with our dog Pickle and there isn t anything I would suggest she change.

I have recommended Countryside and especiallt Dr.Jay to may friends..the staf is amazing and you are so lucky to have a Vet like him who truly loves animals ans takes the time to give personaluzed attention...

The vet tech we saw on Friday May 18 was so friendly and nice! She was so nice to my toddler too. She was very gentle with my dog and I could tell she genuinely cared about my dog. She also answered all of my questions and was so kind to help me het my dog and two little kids to the front desk to check out. Also, the vet was extremely knowledgeable and really seemed to care about the well-being of my dog. She offered me great suggestions about the current (and future) care plan(s) for my dog. I feel like we are in really great hands.

I thoroughly enjoy our visits with Dr. Jay. He is thorough and explains everything so I understand what we are discussing. His drawings aren t bad either ??

We booked our appt with Dr Brian according to the website but saw a different doctor. The doctor was good but we really like Dr Brian

Very friendly staff and we weren t kept waiting at all. The staff treated my dog very kindly and did everything they could to make him feel relaxed and at ease. He s had bad experiences at other vet offices and this was a breath of fresh air! Thank you so much for taking the time to make myself and my dog feel relaxed.

All staff have always been very courteous to us and our pets. We would highly recommend CountrySide for anyone s pet care.

The survey form will not allow me to give a rating to questions 7,8 & 9. Of course my choice is 5 stars. And I took note of the pallet board art and décor in the waiting area and behind the reception desk. Very, very nice.
