Dr. Palmer.......I don t know what to say.....SHE IS THE BEST!!!!I will always be grateful to her for saving my previous dog. Steve had his first visit with Dr. Palmer on Friday. (and Sara, who rocks). I hope Steve and Dr. Palmer will know each other for a long long time. I refer EVERYONE I know to you!!

The vet tech Sarah and Dr. Sara were so awesome and calm with Frankie. He gets nervous and that’s exactly what he needed. I appreciate everything they did. I did notice that it’s very easy to hear noises outside the rooms while you’re waiting for the doctor to come in. Naturally, dogs get curious what’s outside the room..making them excited or nervous. I’m not sure if playing music in the rooms would be beneficial or having a screen with moving things on it to cause a distraction would be helpful. Just a thought but not totally important.

Dr Palmer and the staff are thorough and very helpful. They explain everything and answer all questions. Dr Palmer follows up the following day to see how our dog is doing which I so appreciate.
