All of your associates were compassionate to the unfortunate and uncomfortable condition of my little dog- he was covered in burs, way beyond what I could deal with. We no longer farm and moved to Greenville from Darboy 14 years ago, but still make the trip to Countryside as we have always been so very satisfied with the care and concern for our animals from the time they join our family to the times when we have had to say goodbye. A very pleasant positive experience each time

I had both of my dogs with me and the technician was very accommodating and helpful. They can be a handful when I bring them together, and she took one by leash for me without even asking. It was something she probably didn t think was overly important, but it was very courteous and meaningful to see that she was willing to provide me assistance with them! She also offered to let me take them outside first before paying at the counter, which no one has ever done for me before. So that was also incredibly kind.

As always, service was top notch. I called with a concern about my dog and you were extremely accommodating to get her in right away. Dr. Palmer offered a quick diagnosis which proved true upon the results of the blood work. A quick treatment plan was identified and executed. what could have been a very serious situation appears to be rectified due to the compassion and expertisie of your staff. Thank you!
