As a brand new client with a very ill puppy I was and still am incredibly impressed by all of the staff. The clinic is spotless. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. I’ve been telling all of my friends and family about our experience. I’m looking forward to a lifelong relationship with Countryside!

I came in early so I could see Sherrie before she left to take her granddaughter home. That is how nice your staff is......I always look forward to seeing everyone.

I was scheduled to see Dr. Palmer earlier in Oct., but had to reschedule due to a family situation. When I called to change it, the receptionist was so pleasant and very understanding. She didn t make me feel badly about having to change it. I really appreciated that. I love my dogs, but family always comes first.

I apologize but I don’t remember the vet we saw BUT it was our first time having her. She was amazing and I truly enjoyed her personality, the love of her job really showed. And so knowledgeable in all aspects. Loved her. Please find out who we saw and let her know how wonderful she is. We are new to your clinic and it was a big decision to change vet clinics but we are happy we made this decision. Thank you.
