We enjoy Sarah Poop and her technician and the entire staff. Rene Palmer, our recent vet for Maggie is also wonderful. I guess it is obvious that we are very happy wth our Vets!

They did awesome . We recently changed vets and my boyfriend was so thankful the vet called him and took the time to discuss the results . He said that no other vet has done that and we will always promote the clinic . Thank you.

Everyone is always so friendly and willing to answer any questions. We actually look forward to routine visits like a nail trim. One suggestion...regarding your survey, you should have an option for when the question isnt applicable. For example, there is a question about if the vet team provided a specific health care plan. That isn t something that is done during a nail trim. Therefore a star rating doesn t make sense. In that instance, some may rate you with 3 stars thinking that is neutral. That can bring down your overall rating when it really shouldn t.

We love Dr Sarah D & Tech Kat. There have been many Techs who have helped our Sweet Boy Nate & we appreciate them all. The entire staff is excellent. From walking through the door welcoming us, to being able to check out in the exam room. Great experience start to finish. We are blessed to have found you all at Countryside.

I was very impressed with Shari and Dr Popp. I will try to schedule my next appt with her.

Thank you for informing me of the “fear free” program. I am appreciative of the information I received and now have a better understanding of my Frankie’s mental health and options available. I keep bringing my pet here for his health needs because of the care, information and service we receive every time we go.

Coming from a different vet where I felt unimportant, I was so completely impressed with every part of our visit! My dog is older with a handful of issues, and every issue was addressed. I never felt rushed. Everything was explained with great detail, and prices for tests were given up front. I can not say enough good things about how we were treated. THANK YOU!!
