For the past 10 years, we have been treated like family by the staff. From receptionists to the vet techs to the veterinarians, we could not be more pleased with the service we have received. Dr Jay is the GREATEST

I was extremely nervous about letting Sadie go inside for her exam without. But Dr Jay and Amber both did excellent jobs of making me feel comfortable and more importantly Sadie feel comfortable with the whole process.

The entire staff made a very stressful situation quite pleasant and extremely informative. So happy to have found such a wonderful healing community for our furbabies!

Everything went perfect at this visit. It was only a nail trim but it was painless and simple for not having visited the vet since Covid began. Thanks for keeping everyone safe. :)

I would just really like to thank the two techs (Amanda and Amber I think) who clipped Sebastian s nails. He was supposed to have a sedation, but they were able to clip them!!! She was so kind and very helpful in explaining everything. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!! I was just so impressed with their love for animals and people and their outstanding skills! We will be back in 4 weeks for another nail trim! Thank you again so very, very much!

Love Dr Brian! He is professional and goes above and beyond to make the experience for me and my pet the best it can be. He is compassionate and at the same time shares the reality of the situation. Only suggestion is to ask which car door should be used to pick up the pet. With winter coming it’s beneficial to keep the car warm for small pets and cats
