Everyone at each step was absolutely fantastic and are partners with me in my pets care.

The visit was as good as it could be under the circumstances. Everyone was very helpful and understanding. The appointment went as smooth as possible. However, I am definitely eager for in person appointments to start back up once it is safe to do so. In person it a lot easier and informative because we can see the dog and the situation together as we are taking about issues.

I was a home visit, so many of these questions really do not apply to my situation. However, I love Dr. Denise and her tech and I love that they can come to my house. They are fabulous ladies and I feel blessed to have them taking care of my cats!
