I love how kind and caring the vet techs are. The vets are informative and in our case doesn’t try a pill for every issue. So far it has been affordable care

I did not receive a printout of the wellness exam summary which addressed Rudy’s body, ear, eye, GI, Heart, respiratory, lymph nodes, mouth/teeth/gums, musculoskeletal, nervous system, skin/coat, urinary/reproductive along with an assessment and plan as I did when Rudy had his last wellness visit 2/28/2020. I was told that a summary would be emailed after the vet had a chance to write up the summary, but we haven’t gotten a summary at this time. All I was emailed was a copy of the invoice. Hopefully this is because Rudy is scheduled for a urinalysis on 3/15/21. I would prefer to have a written summary like the 2/28/2020 one for my at-home file on Rudy’s health.

Not being able to go in with our pet is ridiculous. You can go to Walmart... but not a vets office? Your ridiculous.

When I called to get my dog in for a vaccination, the technician was so helpful in accommodating my schedule. Dr. Wellens took time to explain my dog’s exam and overall health to me. I appreciated not feeling rushed. Thank you Dr. Wellens!

The staff was courteous, and Dr. Wellins was very informative and friendly. I really feel comfortable bringing my dog and cat there.

Extremely impressed with our first visit. Gracie was treated very well and they were attentive to her extreme anxiety, even emailing me a picture of Gracie in the building while I waited in the car so I knew she was doing well. Dr. Popp spoke with me at length about options to treat her anxiety. Testing and exam were very thorough. Thanks!

The staff is always great ! Of course Baby Abba is one of the favorites and they treat her like the queen bee that she is ! She loves seeing all her friends especially Dr.Katie !!!

Years ago one of the outstanding vets saved the life of my cat. Other vets had refused to consider treatment as she was labelled a lost cause. I was promised nothing. My cat went on to live many years. I will be forever grateful that someone was bold and caring and was willing to try to save my cat when other vets refused to try. Nowadays with Covid it is understandable but nerve racking to turn over your precious loved one, this time a puggle named BooBoo. But I felt comfortable, knowing from my past experience that she would receive the most loving, best treatment possible. to everyone at Countryside THANK YOU!!

Countryside does a terrific job! The pets can’t speak for themselves, owners can’t come in to speak for their pet and yet the quality of care remains excellent! The technician relays all info to the vet, the phone communication with the vet means so much, and the return of the pet and being certain that everyone understands the plan is done in the best way possible. Finally payment for the visit is taken care of. The courteous and professional manner of options concludes a possible stressful time. The fact that all aspects of the visit are completed in all details before the payment is needed says a great deal about Countryside.
