Dr. Palmer called me several times updating me about the status of the work up, the results and the action plan. She took time to ask pertinent questions to help with her assessment and made sure that I was in agreement with her plan of care. She also kept the work up to what was needed to limit the costs. She did a great job-great job assessing/diagnosing the problem.
