We had a quality and professional experience at Prairie View. Everyone we encountered were quite skilled at their job and very personable. Dr. Lisa T. examined our dog s leg injury thoroughly, gave an accurate diagnosis and offered several options for treatment. We were very pleased with our visit at Prairie View and will be regular clientele.

I appreciate everyone at this clinic from the front to the back and the willingness to see Della often late notice if an issue presents. Dr. Stearns and Dr. Thilges in particular always take the time to explain options (high and low cost) and are very thorough. Della is usually a complex case and I’m usually an overly concerned dog parent but I always leave feeling confident with their treatment approaches. Thank you for helping keep Della as healthy as she can be and me as sane as I can be!

Appreciate the care for us even though we are new.

I would like to get some feedback how the laser and the wound looked on Friday. Must admit, I forgot to ask. I did talk to the tech who called me on Sat. for followup and she said to ask the dr. if any questions.....so not sure how to be more direct.

Dr. T removed two skin tags with a laser. Awesome treatment with laser-topical anesthetic cream (no injection), no incision, no stitches…no bleeding at all! No post-op care or post-op bandage. So easy! Glad we decided to remove the skin tags! Thanks, Dr. T!

Waiting time was long because of an emergency. Unfortunate for us as first timers, but appreciate the explanation. And in case of an emergency we would want to get help right away too so it’s understood ??

Overall great experience with PView AH! Compared with other animal hospitals I ve been to, I was particularly surprised how much care was put into the follow-up. The vet called me, answered questions, and addressed all of my concerns. She helped me navigate options that would best work for my pet, my budget, and myself. I also liked having the option to pay over the phone.

We always refer new clients to PVAH when they can’t get in at our clinic (Ashworth Road Animal Hospital) because we hear great things and still want their pets to receive the best care even if we aren’t able to attend to them. Definitely did not disappoint at my own visit!
