Dr Kaufman was very informative & has a superb rapport with communcation that I deeply respect & admire. I also appreciated the staff cleaning out my cat carrier after my cat got sick in it. Only small disappointment is waiting for future appts for what we need. I completely understand. It s well worth the wait! Thank you for taking care of our needs! =)
