Just the cars not knowing the direction they are supposed to go. I saw 2 people going the wrong way. It gets very tight when someone goes the wrong way. Not sure what you can do about it.

I was very disappointed with my interactions with Dr. Kauffman. I chose not to proceed with a few procedures (bloodwork and dental) and felt reprimanded for being a bad dog owner. Her comments towards me were quite harsh. After she left the room, she then proceed to talk with the tech about me, speaking negatively in regards to my decisions and refusing to listen to her . All conversations can be heard through the doors/walls. I have not felt this way before coming to Prairie View, I am considering swapping clinics because this behavior is unacceptable.

Dr. Warrick and Dr Thilges were both amazing in working with us and Zeus latest injury. They are also so accommodating and very passionate about him. I truly feel as if they love Zeus as much as we do! Thank you!

just had to wait a little and not see the Doctor we usually do- no big deal at all. There may have been an emergency surgery so I understand and it all worked out fine. We are new to the clinic and it s nice to meet all of the providers. Thank you

I have always been able to get my pet in promptly! If my pet was suddenly ill you have found a way for the vet to check her and treat the problem.

I am fairly new to Prairie View. I ve brought my German Shepard in twice - once for allergies and once for normal yearly check up. Both times have been a wonderful experience. I ve seen a couple of different vets / vet assistance. Everyone was wonderful to work with - very caring, answered questions, provided suggestions / feedback. I am VERY HAPPY with changing to have Priarie View take care of my animals.
