Needless to say, a person from The Woodlands would not just pick this clinic out of the phone book. Would have to be a referral. In our case, Ashely is the reason we brought Gidget here to board, ad perhaps for her ongoing care. Ashley bonded with Gidget here in The Woodlands. Ashley went above and beyond to keep us informed when we traveled for an extended period of time. Frequent photographs warmed our hearts and made us feel our fur baby was not just stuck in a cage. So when we chose to take this upcoming trip, I was fortunate to find where Ashley currently works. And upon entering the clinic, we felt the warmth and care of others. So we may be making the drive to New Waverly for Gidget s care now.

The appointment was actually a farm call, and staff were very accommodating. Very happy with Dr. Steve and his staff at the facility.

I was so impressed with the sensitivity and care that everyone showed for my pet. So thankful that he was well cared for.

I would like to thank the staff and Dr Steve for assisting in my emergency with my goat. I drove from Coldspring to New Waverly and without a question you took care of our goat Oreo. We are sad to tell you that after we saw you on Thur, Oreo passed away today this Sunday morning. We are devastated and sad. We thank you and your staff for such wonderful care.

Do not feel my pet was thoroughly examined by veterinarian. Tremors she was experiencing while in exam room went unnoticed, and therefore not addressed. Wait time excessively long also.
