The staff is always very cheerful . My little dog Luci can really be a hyper biter , however anytime I bring her to your clinic somehow your staff have a calming effect on her . She does not get anxious or nervous and tremble .

Dr Steve shifted his schedule so that he could immediately come and treat a crisis with my horse. He has always been accommodating in that way. He also takes time to fully explain the problem and treatment options answering any questions I have. I have used him for many years with many horses and appreciate all he has done for us.

I would like to thank everyone at the hospital for the completeness of the exam and procedures. My dog was previously seen elsewhere but NWVH and the doc found the nature of the problem and carefully investigated the issue. In two days, Buddie was back to normal and I highly recommend these fine people who give a damn about the pet.

This was our first visit with our Lab who had blown out her knee. Dr. Kim and Dr. Steve both gave her a very thorough examination and explained their diagnosis and our treatment/surgery options and patiently answered all of our questions. They also referred us to orthopedic specialists, which we have followed up on.
