Dr. Steve and his assistants were great. I trust him completely with all of my horses. The only thing on which I might comment is that I would prefer a little more follow up. I awaited a follow up call, but didn t get one. I called the clinic and did not get a call back. Although it wasn t a big deal, it would have been a help perhaps. As it turned out, I just followed his initial directions and everything was fine with the animal. Again, this minor thing is certainly not a deal breaker-he is unbelievably busy. That small thing makes no difference in the trust factor I have in the VHNW. Just an FYI. I might also add, Nancy was GREAT in working through some scheduling issues that came up initially. Thanks for all of your help.

The wait was an hour late which seemed excessive for my horses to wait in a hot trailer. No one was out in the large animal area to talk to to get information and the receptionist didnt know. Finally after 30 min someone came and told me it would be another 30 min. The service was great once the Dr. arrived.

This clinic, doctors and staff are the best!!

A friend of mine had recommended bringing my pet here,even though it s a little too far from where I live I took my chances and I m beyond happy that I did. My kitty had a minor surgery,so I had a bit of an axiety but gigi(the tech)& Dr.Kim were extremely helpful answered all my concerns/questions and the best part they did not rush me out to attend to the next patient. So happy I found this place and would highly recommend them to anyone.
