We bring our animals to you all with the uttermost confidence in your expertise, talent and genuine care. We have several veterinarians within just a few miles of us, but we willingly choose to drive the extra distance to travel to you all for the warm care a diligence you give to our animals. When we dropped our 15 year old cat off, we trusted you all with him enough to leave him with you for the day, just so he would be seen. We didn’t think twice about it. However, we were VERY worried about his symptoms and disposition, we were actually contemplating, what’s next for him. He had a visit to the ER just 2 days prior and he didn’t get any better. That, in itself, was best worrisome. But, the time that Dr. Ward took in examining him and going over things with me was very comforting. You quickly got to the bottom of his issues and he is back to his old self again! This level of care happens every single time! You all are simply an amazing team that works like a well oiled machine together!

Dr. Cash and the team were very thorough in trying to figure out Bella’s skin problem. Still waiting for test results, but she told me it may be Friday before we know.

Dr. Cash and the staff (including Tech) were wonderful! She did an excellent job explaining our dog s situation and what to expect. The staff were very friendly as always and make us feel like our furry family is well cared for.

Love taking my furry babies here. Even-though I’ve moved a little further than Harrisonburg, I still won’t change Vet office because I appreciate the care and attention that is given by the staff. Thank you all for doing such an amazing job with my pets!

odd, the program wouldn t allow me to edit away from 5 stars... My experience was terrific as usual. My one comment is that it takes longer to get an appointment, noting that the practice has grown. I just need to plan ahead a bit more. thanks for your good care of our pets.

When I arrived with my feral cat in my crate several other barking dogs arrived about the same time during drop off. I was answering questions with a vet tech and it became so chaotic that I asked if there was a quiet room we could go to to finish addressing her questions. She was able to accommodate that and it went much more smoothly and my cat was much less alarmed. Just thought if that is an option in that situation it might be offered to new clientele. Thank you so much for the excellent care I received and Dr Nelson was outstanding!
