I am so grateful to Dr. Nelson! There were no available appointment times for my pup to be seen until the following week. But as his condition worsened, I called back to request to be seen sooner. After staff contacted Dr. Nelson, she agreed to have my dog brought in for the day and seen when she had a free moment from her booked schedule. She was thorough with her care and made sure to communicate plan of care with me all the way. She continued to follow up with me regarding my boy s status after discharge as well. I cannot thank her and all the staff enough for all they have done for my pup and I. He could ve gotten very sick very fast if he had not received prompt care. Forever grateful to the wonderful staff and professional care of HAH!

I absolutely love everyone at Harrisonburg Animal Hospital I started coming to you all because my max isn’t the easiest dog and was trying find a place where he could fit in and not be treated terrible. And my puppy Riley absolutely loves day boarding. Definitely the only vet for my fur baby’s.

Everyone at HAH has been so helpful and kind with our little guy Nugget. The surgeon called with concerns immediately and went over options and my questions with me thoroughly but she did so with compassion and kindness in her tone. My pal is doing great after his procedure and his infection is clearing up! You guys are awesome thanks for taking care of my sweet boy!!!
