I just want to give a shoutout to the tech, I think her name is Katie. The past few times Sophie has been seen, the tech doesn t seem to have any idea about her history and I don t get the sense that they even skimmed her chart before asking me questions. For example, they ask me if she s on any medication and look surprised when I say she s doing well considering all of her chronic conditions. But Katie seemed to know Sophie and was so sweet and gentle with her. Soph was pretty worked up at first but warmed up quickly to Katie. With everything wrong with Soph and as often as we re there, it felt really good to not feel like a stranger and to feel like she took even just a few minutes to skim through the chart before the appointment. I really appreciated it :)

Harrisonburg Animal Hospital has been our veterinarian of choice since about 1988. That s five Labrador Retrievers and one grey cat. I can t imagine a way to get better care for our beloved pets. Although there weer no appointments available until the next day,Dr. Nelson worked us in the same day when she understood how much pain Misty was experiencing. She was very warm and in her interactions with us and with Misty. I would prefer continuing to work with her for Misty s care. The helpers were also excellent.

Dr Cash was wonderful and through in examining our Shihtzu. She went over the treatment plan and areas of concern. Highly recommend her!!

I love the way the dr calls and chats with you personally about your animals. They are very caring and nonjudgmental.

I appreciate the time and care Dr. Ward took to make sure she caught everything with Coco, as well as making sure I understood what she was talking about.

I was pleased how everything was handled when I was in the waiting room since I took a fall. I would like to make another appointment so that I can ask a few questions and get two tests done.
