At first, Cat was extremely stressed about being taken to the vet: open-mouth breathing while waiting on the table, and had crapped in his carrier. Vet tech and vet reassured him and conveyed good intentions. He went into calm stoic mode and let them draw blood. Shows how well they speak Cat.

THe service was excellent! I would like to give a Shout Out to Dr Revercomb for the great job she did on our dog Klipsie!! THe animal hospital took great care of her and Dr Kaitlyn did a fabulous job on the surgery our dog needed!! Thank you to each one for everything!!

Techs that clipped my dogs nail did an amazing job. He is old, arthritic and hates people messing with his paws. His nail are thick and very dark so hard to see the quick.

You guys are awesome. I refer people to you all the time.

Absolutely wonderful staff and level of care! I picked my pup up from Verona Emergency Vet and she needed to continue to be hospitalized and monitored. I called HAH and explained to them my pups situation. The staff was wonderful, listened, and told me to bring her right away. I came in overwhelmed with IV bags and medicine the emergency vet gave me and the staff quickly made me feel at ease. Communication with Dr. Ward was fantastic. She was able to further explain what was going on with my pup and how her recovery would look. I greatly appreciate everything they ve done for my girl.

Great facility. Homey, clean, friendly. Staff was amazing, Dixie and I both loved it. Everyone took more than enough time for not only the appointment but just to chat. Great experience, can t wait until the next time.

Dr. Ward and the entire staff are friendly, accommodating, and patient with all their patients (and their humans). I would not trust my pet s care with anyone else!

I have been a client with Pets at this facility for at least 30 years, through several changes of ownership. We have always had great experiences with this Animal Hospital and the current owner and staff are wonderful. I have recently moved to Winchester and needing to establish with a new Vet and hope so much to find someone as Pet friendly and good to work with as this one. I needed to bring my cat to this facility this past week when I was unable to get service at an Emergency facility in Winchester. You are very pet friendly, compassionate and caring and we really appreciate all you have done to care for our Pets.

My dog was day boarding for three consecutive days. It seems absurd that you can’t pay at the end of the third day! Paying each day was more time consuming. Other than that, Bear has a great time and seemed to enjoy himself. Appreciate the photos and good reports.

It be nice if you had Saturday hours again.
