Coming from a vet that could clearly care less about our animals, causing me to almost lose my diabetic cat. I had to fly back home to my vet there to save my cat. Staff that were young and not trained adequately and couldn’t get information straight causing repeat phone calls....I finally am thrilled

I always appreciate the excellent service I get from the staff and doctors. I do think more staffing is required on Sunday afternoons.

We love Dr. Wolff. Does a great job. Takes time with you. Very easy going. Makes our cat feel as comfortable as a cat can be at a vets office! The whole place is very nice. If I had design the place I would have done the cat boarding area a little different. They like to look at birds and climb high.

Dr. Sandal has always given the best care possible to our dear Rocky Balboa. He loves coming back for more treats!

It would be great of you had a separate waiting room for cats/kittens -it seems every time we come , there are a lot of scary ( very loud, very large ) barking dogs- And we are asked to take a seat out in the lobby with them. It s a bit traumatic for my kitties- I usually request to be taken into a room asap and have always been politely accommodated - just something to think about- would be an extra plus to be shown to a room or a quiet place right away to avoid this altogether.

Very happy with the professionalism of Dr Koehler

The flow and staging of incoming pets for visits, surgery, grooming and kenneling needs improvement. We arrived at a ‘rush’ time for drop off for our dog to have surgery. There was chaos at the front desk as everyone was trying to check their pets in, clients wandering around with their pets, and sitting with their pets. One client arrived with two dogs and immediately lost control of them when they entered the lobby. Her two dogs rushed our very large dog who we had to keep shoved under the chairs to keep the encounter from escalating. The staff responded wonderfully and immediately helped me get the two out of control dogs under control...It is certainly NOT the fault of the business that a client lost control of her dogs when she walked into the lobby, however a better flow for arrival and perhaps secure staging areas for incoming, waiting pets is warranted.

Sorry, Couldn t punch on the stars. I gave Palm City Animal Medical Center a 5 on all six questions. I continue to be a long time client for many of your services.

I was very happy with our first visit. Staff was able to trim my dogs nails without giving her sedation. My previuos vet sedated my dog since she was a puppy (she is 9 years-old) beacuse he claimed Ella was too aggresive. I feel bad for my poor dog, all she needed was a good and caring staff like yours. Five Stars and we will be back
