I got a call that my dog was ready to be picked up when I got there I inquired about my other dog, she seemed to get upset with me starting that I was told they would not be ready until after 3 ( at drop off I was told b/t 1 and 2 ) but she called me!! She was busy but quite abrupt when I asked about my other dog.

This was the fourth time, (maybe more,) I have brought Bartlett in for boarding and grooming. I am always pleased with the front desk staff and the boarding and grooming staff. We will be in for our first appointment with the vet in January.

My husband and I trust Dr. Shepherd with all of our babies. He never rushes us and takes the time to explain and answer all of our questions. These are the reasons we travel from Vero Beach to see him, as well as your facility.
