During this most difficult time with the virus, having staff to come outside and get Dixie for her appt was excellent. Brittany did a perfect job in shaving her as always and I appreciate everything you due for my cats. Thank you so much.

Given the current COVID-19 measures in place, the staff did an excellent job of coming to get our pet and returning her to us while we waited outside in our car. They were very helpful and kind, at what was a very scary time for us. Our 5-year-old dog had a very serious acute kidney incident last year, in which she almost died. She was hospitalized for 2 weeks and received dialysis. For us, the vet is a very scary place that brings back horrible memories and days of crying and waiting. Dr. Jolin (spelling?) was very helpful, professional, and patient, as we were clearly very distraught. She was very understanding of her situation. We could not have asked for a better experience at a difficult time! Our little girl is doing great and it seems she just overexerted herself while swimming! We would definitely recommend this facility to locals and to visitors.
