I was surprised that none of the employees were wearing masks. I was not happy about that. I think people will not want to go there if no one is wearing masks.

Due to COVID-19, entrance into the building was not permitted, however the curbside contacts were excellent. Thank you.

Palm City Animal Medical Center is the absolute best pet care center in the country. I am a customer for 20 yrs and would recommend them and have to anyone who wants the best care out there for their pets.

I asked specifically for Dr Shepherd and had no problems getting the appointment. As usual Dr Shepherd was unhurried, courteous and kind as always. The other staff, his Nurse, and Jessica in reception were all helpful and courteous. I personally appreciate the time spent.

I didn’t go inside the facilities due to Covid-19 but I was greeted outside by friendly staff who took care of my pet. Everybody is so nice, well knowledge and take care of details. I appreciate it.

Put a bench out side would be nice!

Dr Wolfe is a wonderful vets for our cats. We are grateful for his care.

Bobo loves Patty and she is an excellent groomer. I clicked the 5 star logo for each question but I don t see where it registered.

I love bringing my dogs in for grooming or to see a doctor. But...I couldn t answer a couple of questions because our dogs were taken from outside the building due to the virus.

Experience as usual was very good. Highly organized and an easy low stress appt. in the midst of a great deal of economic and social turmoil. First time here since moving to Florida -Our 5 year old indoor Siamese needed his shots and a routine check up-hes in good health, but a big baby! Due to the Coronavirus, we had to give our kitty to the vet tech from our car. They were kind, informative and called us with the info, shots and cost. After his well check was complete, they walked out kitty in his carrier back out to us. We highly recommend to anyone, we will for sure be back. The staff was very caring to our little guy!
