I was very disappointed in Buddy s grooming by Patty this time. I told her I did not want a summer cut leave it a little longer. She agreed. When I got him home and both my husband and I looked at him we agreed it was definitely a summer cut and in some places he looked scalped. Patty has always done Buddy s grooming and we have not had this happen before. I am not sure if she was having a bad day or because he was a later afternoon cut. I brought him in at 8:00 am and did not get called to pick him up until about 6 hours later. I called to see if he was ready and the Tech told me she had just finished him. I will still use Patty, but I thought I should let you know our disappointment. I think in the future I will wait to pay until I have seen him first.

We just recently moved to Florida and this was our first visit. Very impressed, we will be entrusting our precious fur baby with you all. Thank you for caring

Ashley does a great job grooming my dog Mango. She is very friendly. I never have a problem getting my dog in to be seen. The whole staff are very friendly. I would definitely recommend family and friends.

The staff and doctors are excellent. Fees for services are becoming exorbitant!!

After the technician checked my dog s temperature and other vitals, it took around 45 min to be seen. To be fair, the dr. said they had a couple of emergencies that came in and someone did checkin shortly before the dr. came in to apologize for the delay, but I think someone should have let us know much sooner than they did. Otherwise I was happy with our visit. The doctors, staff and technicians were very nice, explained things thoroughly and were great with my dog.

Love Patty the groomer the front office staff Lisa is great. This is a class facility. It can be alittle more but you get a clean well oiled machine and my Yorkie is treated like a queen. Thank you all!!

Dr. Sentell and Julia were great and took great care of my cat Kevin.

Everything was good as always. I was just a little sad Dr. Shepard left because he helped me direct me on how to deal with and get my cat Hardy off of insulin. I will always be grateful for his help and all of the technicians that helped me and Hardy. I have great confidence in Dr. Jolin for when I bring my cats in. Thank you!

The above form is not pertinent. Snips & Snoozes is definitely world-class. We have not made very much use of your vet services so it is very difficult to rate you: Your meds prices seem a bit high.

As always the services from the front desk staff, the tech support staff and the doctor were excellent. We have recommended the hospital to other GREATHOUND owners who also have spoken of how happy they are to use your hospital services. Adi and I were very pleased with the way we were treated.
