Please made sure dogs collar is made smaller after grooming. Unfortunately we had a “perfect storm” of events when my husband picked up our dog. He slipped off his collar and someone opened the front door and he ran outside and into the street. Could have been tragic. Luckily the woman who opened the door saved his life by stopping the cars on Mapp Rd. We are very thankful for whoever that was. My husband was a big shaken up. The dog…he’s fine.

I travel 35 minutes to get to Palm City Mexical because the staff are friendly and professional.The two doctors that treated my dog were also professional,friendly and well verse in their field of medicine for animals.

It was my first visit and I was very pleased. It was last minute on a Saturday & I had just been to a different vet the day before (they were closed Saturday) so I was frantically looking for someone to see my cat as she seemed to be worse than the day before and hadn’t eaten in several days. I was grateful to be able to have an appointment and told I could come right over so I didn’t have a problem waiting. The vet I saw was great! I will definitely be back.

I am very happy to have received this email as I am very upset as to what happen to me on my visit? I brought lola in for nails to be clipped and anal glands done when I went to pay it was $60.00 I was shocked then the receptionist said well If you brought your dog in for a bath it would have only been 35.00 I was shocked to hear this after the fact. The only thing that was different if I went ot the left side it would have been less but I went to the right side and got charged 60. ??? I m sorry but I feel you should always look out for the customer this was not fair at all? If someone can respond to me it would be greatly appreciated. Thank You Kathy OReilly

We made an appoinment to hae our dog euthanzied. My husband spoke to a recepionist, a tech and a Dr and they all agreed it was best for our sweet girl. When met w/ the vet she was just so rude and cold. She said she does not do convience euthanasia. We as a family made this choice. The Humane S of SLC made it bad and that vet, took a bad situation and made it worse. Also I did not appreciate the quote offer. Lynn and Jim Morse
