I transferred back to this center and will drive down from Psl. I appreciate when the doctor explained what was happening with my dog and price of the blood work before it was done.

The staff is always friendly and answers any questions I have. The desk staff is very knowledgeable. Our fur baby is a cat and very sassy, the staff is always patient and treats her as if she is their own.

The staff is always warm, welcoming, and great to work with. The facilities are always clean and comfortable with plenty of room to move for everyone. All of the providers are exceptional! No matter who you choose, you will be happy with the care your pet/family member receives.

My dog is with a dog sitter while we are away from the area. You were quick to get them in to see our sick dog. So happy that she is in good hands. Great service

I had a question that really didn’t get answered. I feed the dog science diet CSD/metabolic. It has been on back order & I’ve switch to the available food. On two different occasion I’ve been told the dog food is on back order. Each time I’ve tojpld the caller to keep the item on orde. I mentioned this to Dr Santelle and he said they had had a meeting about about the back order, but didn’t tell me what action they were taking. Is the item still on order and will I be called when it comes in? What action are you taking regarding this customer’s request.

Cocoa Latte had a wonderful time the first day that I took him again the next day.

Received a follow up call yesterday (3/18/22) to ask how Mazie was doing. I replied she seems pooped out, but eating and voiding normal. However, she has become more and more lethargic throughout today and still is eating and voiding normal. This is the first time she had a reaction to your medication. Will be calling to follow up with you to find out WHY. Your prompt attention will be appreciated.

I sent a email regarding the antibiotic our dog was given and called requesting a return call. I did not receive a response from either request. Our dog was taken to Jupiter pet hospital and underwent surgery there based on lack of response from the vet who saw us. We will not be back

I usually see Dr. Sentelle and occasionally Dr. Jolin, but as they were unavailable this week I saw Dr. Martin. I was very impressed with her knowledge and demeanor with my dogs. I think she is a great addition to Palm City Medical Center.

The Best Vet office ever

It would be nice for staff to let you know the fees before treatment. I find grooming prices to chg all the time so I no longer bring my pets in. This time when I called about anal glands being done all I was asked was tech or dr. I had no idea it would be so expensive. Unfortunately I love your facility but I’m finding the prices to be getting a little much.

I was more than pleased with the service and the vet. Bravissimo!

Dr. Wolff is awesome. He has been caring for our dogs for many years. Never a complaint.
