Everyone is so polite and kind. Dr Boone was great with my girl who has so much energy. My girl had to go. off with the tech to get blood sample taken...she came back with her tail wagging. Minnie was a happy dog through out everything. I have been to other vets who did not make my other pet feel well treated. Highly recommend this group.

Dr Dick is great! She’s so loving with my dog and takes the time to make sure I understand what’s going on and will ask several times if I have any questions or if there’s anything I want to discuss.

Everyone was very nice and treated my dog really well! I appreciated that they didn t get frustrated or annoyed that he was nervous and not being very cooperative, instead the staff tried their best to work with him and make everything go as smoothly as possible while continuously encouraging him and speaking to him kindly as if he was their own pet. I had a great experience with everyone I came in contact with at the clinic.

The questionnaire is not operating for me. West Orange Animal Hospital is wonderful: staff, facility, availability, bedside manner. They have always been there when my cats have medical emergencies. They are the best!!!!! Nancy Oxfeld
