Although this was a curbside visit with the techs, everything went smoothly and fast. The techs and the office staff were all very pleasant and professional. I love the West Orange Animal Hospital family!

For many year I have had the best help for my pets and have confidence in the caring support given to them and to my concerns as well. The entire staff and doctors show compassion and great effort regarding my pets and understanding of my love and attachment to each one I have had and presently to my adopted cat Violet who was not stressed out because of the gentle care of Dr Boen and Drs Perez and Bruno. I am so grateful for your tlc!

Dr Bruno spent lots of time listening and discussing concerns. It felt relaxed and like I was really heard. It was a great appointment.

Dr. Fitz has been a literal lifesaver for Rosie. I really appreciate her realistic and practical approach, which takes some of the stress out of dealing with a serious medical issue. Great addition to a great practice!

The visit and care are excellent. Dr Dick and Jennifer were terrific.

What I love about this practice is the love for animals they have, it’s truly remarkable, not your average animal lovers there at all.

This has been the best office for my pets for the past 20 years. I wouldn t go anywhere else. Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I did not know about the smart phone app. I would like to know more about it.

Dr.Dick was incredible! She took her time explaining everything I needed for my kittens and everyone I spoke to on the phone was lovely :)

All went very well

Yesterday I brought a stray cat who adopted us in for an appointment. It was my first time making an appointment. I called 4 vet offices and this was the only one that made me feel comfortable. The staff is phenomenal and so was Dr. Dick. She answered all of my questions and seemed very pleasant over the phone. Everyone in the office from the staff who took Lily out of her car and brought her back was so nice, even though I believe we were the last appointment of the day. I definitely recommend this office and will be back!

Staff is always lovely and communicative about the services.

Everyone there were extremley nice and welcoming from the receptionist to both the doctors I had. I didn t have to wait long and when they took my cat and I in they told me everything I needed to know. I can tell that they not only have high knowledge but they truly care about animals and their job. I was recommended to this place by a friend and I m glad he did !!
